Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to experience Cool Waters Massage. When I attempted to schedule I would be left in a phone hold queue for over 30 min which would then drop my call. When I went to their online site, I would select to sched an appt and then would be routed to "Page Not Found." Groupon contacted the business to relay the challenges I was having in scheduling and was asked to contact me directly. I never received any contact from Cool Waters Massage, therefore I requested a refund of my Groupon. Too bad.

I have purchases 2 groupons and could not use either 0f them because I could never get a massage scheduled. This is an expensive lesson to learn.

The hours and service are impossible and lacking. They only work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. And only normal business hours... Most people have work and the idea of missing a day of work for a hr. Massage, that's crazy. Also, they only book 2 weeks a head at a time, and when I was told this, they said they would put me on a text message list to let me know when an opening is available... Have I gotten a text in 1 month? No. I just cut my losses and let it expire
