After several voicemail and phone tag, I finally got a date set after almost two weeks and contacting Groupon. When he showed up I had already had the dryer pulled out of the way for him. He immediately wanted to charge an additional $69 to "dry out the vent". He ran his brush in the vent and removed some packed lint. He continued to say the vent needed to be dried out. Once he was done, he said there was $4.95 tax on the Groupon price. I gave him the voucher and 5 bucks and sent him on his way. I then got out my shop vacuum and removed even more lint from the vent. I am not impressed with the lack of customer service and the immediate up sell tactic. He did not seem interested in doing a good job. Not worth the trouble.

Our dryer vent was neglected and so it took more work. The 10 yr warranty and 45.00 hereinafter. Well worth keeping our dryer from going out and prevent fires from a overheating dryer

Stay away from them. Totally unprofessional. Asked for extra money to clean the dryer vents. Charged extra taxes on top of the groupon
