Don't recommend, scam for sure. I bought these tickets in 2024, Delta Charlie's has made me reschedule 4 times since purchase. The first was they were overbooked on the date that I chose on the website even though it was booked in advance and listed as available. The next time is was rescheduled due to weather, even though it was clear sunny skies. Every time after that its been rescheduled because supposedly they were moving locations and unsure when their new location would be up and running... for two years now. Groupon also only allows refunds but only upto a few days after purchase, so that's not possible. Delta Charlie's is just a complete giant scam.

I purchased this “experience” in 2023. Yes you read that correct. It is now the end of 2025. I never went on this flight due to the company “building a facility”. If I didn’t reach out about construction updates and rescheduling, I never heard from them. I find this unprofessional and inconvenient. What a waste of money. Don’t even waste your time purchasing this. Their communication is trash.

TOTAL SCAM and shame on GROUPON for allowing these type of merchants to do this to their users without holding the accountable!!! Due to the merchant having rescheduled my experience 2 times then saying they were going through “construction” of their “new” building and obviously voucher showing as redeemed, GROUPON is saying a refund cannot be issued! SHAME on both GROUPON and the merchant!
