Monique is awesome! Her hair quality is amazing and her technique has me looking better than ever before -so natural, no clumping, and you cant even tell I have extensions because the hair is so fine and done in smaller sections than many places! She is a total master at placement -you don't have to work at all to hide them even when pulling it up! Amazing! I am totally blown away!👱‍♀️💕👍

I purchased a Groupon for colour and blow dry. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited a few minutes for my stylist. She did not introduce herself by name at all during appointment. After applying my colour, stylist left colour on my hair for just over an hour while she attended to another client. I was not told at any point how long to expect and another stylist actually whispered to her something along the lines of "are you going to rinse her" shortly before she finished styling another client's hair. I hope my hair is not damaged. I was not asked how I wanted my hair styled and I told the stylist I was going out and wanted curls. They look good. In the middle of my blow dry, the stylist stopped abruptly to text on her phone and also took a personal call while styling my hair. She did not excuse herself or apologise at any point. I was never offered even a glass of water. She did offer to take my coat when I arrived. I did make a small tip, but was really not happy with the level of attention and my hair feels dry. I will not be returning.

Monique is amazing! I am so happy with my extensions and she also did my color. She makes you feel at ease. I gave my daughter for Christmas extensions to Endless Extensions. Her hair looked great and she loved it. Will be a customer for life!
