Charged me a stair fee that I was not notified of until the movers showed up. Company made no mention of this when I called to set up my appointment and when I called to confirm. Would have been cheaper to deal with them direct.

The movers were early and very professional. An extra man came along which made the move go quickly and smoothly. I would absolutely recommend in the future.

When making your appointment, just allow the entire day because they do not honor the timeframe that they quote you. My appt was between 11-2, but movers arrived at 6. Not only do you not get a courtesy call to inform you they are behind schedule, but the man at the office is rude, with poor customer service when you call to inquire why they are late. He actually controls the appts, not the movers. So they have no idea what appointments are scheduled that day until the man at the office sends them a random text throughout the day (very unprofessional). The movers Robert and Lupe were very good and professional.
