Ray is a fantastic massage therapist. He can definitely provide super deep pressure if you prefer it, and he's very knowledgeable. The front desk and the location are the reasons I knocked off one star - the ladies have been fine, but they're not super welcoming and don't always seem to know what's going on. The location is fine, but the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything.
