90% of spots and stains were still visible as soon as the carpet dried. Upgraded over $110 over Groupon price for stain treatment, deodorizer that was included in Groupon was not detectable, and my husband and I feel like it was a complete waste of money.

They were ok. Rugs still look a little dirty at doorways and I paid extra for pre-treatment. The people were very nice.
