mix up on arrival time - time changed more than once; some grout not cleaned well;
good info from owner on phone; 2 workers didn't seem to know much when questions came up;

Better communication is needed between the dispatcher and the person who does the work. This is would save everyone time and money. Also, one of the wood screens had mild damage after the cleaning; nothing a little epoxy and paint can't repair, but more care should have been taken.
