They didn't call me back when I was trying to make an appointment...

Horrible! How can something that's supposed to be relaxing be so uncomfortable? The therapist put a hot stone on my back before it was at a temperature to be put on skin comfortably, as well as dropped a couple of stones on me. No aromatherapy or relaxing music playing during the message. Just a lot of patting from the therapist trying to feel his way around the room as he was legally blind.

I would give 0 star if i could. Double check before you purchase. First, they couldn't book an appointment until 2017. Then, after I requested and made a complaint to Groupon, they called back to schedule an appointment. And then, they were misleading in sending you a message saying another therapist would greet you at the door without telling you that that therapist would actually be doing the massage. My confirmation clearly said I bought the service with a female therapist but it turned out she wasn't even available. I can go on but I won't waste any more of my time. The experience was horrible since the moment of purchase. NEVER EVER DO BUSI ESS again. The male therapist was nice and did a good job but I was not comfortable with male therapists to begin with so the entire massage was done completely dressed!

I think they out of business..no responses for months when trying to book appt.
