We ended up getting our Groupon refunded because after 2 months of correspondence with Natural Stone Designs, the original person that we were working with either quit or was fired, then we had several conversations with replacement representative where desires for what we wanted quoted had to be repeated at every conversation. We were promised call backs and visits to our home for measurements which never happened. We would leave voice mails with the new representative and not get calls back. The rep went so far as to tell my wife that he had spoken to me the day before which was not true. Thankfully Groupon got us a full refund.
