I went in for my third Brazilian laser session, booked through Groupon, and was genuinely shocked by how rude and condescending the technician was. Starting from the second session, her tone became noticeably cold and unfriendly—something that made an already vulnerable and intimate procedure feel even more uncomfortable. Rather than showing professionalism or offering any reassurance, she acted as though I was wasting her time. I understand that shaving that area perfectly can be challenging, and it would have been appreciated if she had shown some patience or willingness to help. Instead, she looked visibly disgusted, which left me feeling humiliated and ashamed. Throughout the appointment, her overall vibe made me feel judged and extremely awkward. There was absolutely no effort to make me feel comfortable or respected—something that should be a basic expectation during such a personal treatment. I left the session feeling upset and completely disrespected. I’ve already spent $200, but I will not be going back there again. If you're looking for a place where you're treated with kindness, dignity, and basic human decency—especially for something as sensitive as a Brazilian laser—this is absolutely not the place.
