I would NEVER use this service again. They are MISLEADING! I paid girl extra time and they still left early and my house was incomplete. They didn't even touch the kitchen. The management makes excuses and didn't follow through on their commitments. Poor representation for Groupon and they quality services you usually present . I will not use them again!

They did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my apartment unfortunately they stole 2 of my cell phones in the process unless you have a nanny cam or some other device from Sharper Image do not allow these con artist in your home

The girl who did the actual cleaning was just fine. The process of getting an appointment was awful. They have to have the groupon before they will confirm the appointment - you cannot give it to them when they get to your home. I had real difficulty emailing the groupon. Not worth the frustration.

Took too long to reply. Then too short notice for appointments. Then wanted to charge more. They were too busy from the groupon I suspect, but that's not my problem if I purchase a service, I expect to use it.
