Park Lane Academy, Dallas

Called in October to book for November, gave 8 dates I could come in November and then another 6 but they could not fit us in until December, which was fine, but on the day of our reservation we went and the scheduler had triple booked are time slot so we had to go home and come back the next day. My daughter, who is an experienced rider, was only allowed to walk the horse in a slow plodding circle instead of do any trotting, cantering, other which she has done over several years of riding in week long camps. We had even been to Park Lane before for a lesson but I guess they had no record of this. When I asked about this was told with Groupons the horses could only walk. The instructor we had was very nice but said those were the rules so she couldn't do anything about it. Would have been nice to know walking on the groupon or been told when we booked the appt. This was a birthday gift to my daughters and turned out to be a disappointment to them and me.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Appreciated the flexibility is scheduling.

Loved it I just want to use groupon to go back for more horseback riding :)

The instructor Sarajoy did not choose horses that were compatible and was impatient with my son and girlfriend who were first time riders. One horse kept trying to bite the other and interfered with the lesson, but Sarajoy didn't intervene. Not fun
