If you don't wish to honor promotions, don't offer them.

The instructor was *very* disengaged. You have to keep going up to her to ask if there is something she can teach you. They say that it is a one hour class, but that is false advertising. They let you ride for only about 30 mins. The rest of the time is spent grooming the horse, saddling up, etc., They have been *very inflexible* with their timings, for me. Any issues/concerns that I raised were not treated with the proper attention. It was brushed aside saying that the causes of those concerns were because it was "the Groupon offer", and that private classes would be different. I have been to 3 classes, where in 2 of the classes, I was just asked to walk the horse, and no further instructions were given. I had to keep going up to the instructor to ask if I should change something. I purchase a lot of Groupons, and had not had a bad experience since this class. And this experience was *very* bad. I would *NOT* recommend this place to anyone. You are better served going to someplace else, even if you have to pay in full for the classes.

Sydney is an amazing trainer and has taught my kids sooo much in such a short time.
