Park Tavern strives to fill its menu with foods you've probably never tried. Such tasty new experiences may come in the form of the tavern's street-vendor-style carnitas tacos with citrus slaw, its bulgogi cheesesteak sandwich, or its animal tots: a Texas-sized spin on classic Canadian poutine. It features a platter of tots, or fries, buried beneath pulled pork, cheese curds, grainy mustard, a fried egg, and heavy stout gravy. A reviewer at CraveDFW called the dish "nothing short of terrific."

Guests enjoy the creative food in an urban lodge setting, which has a rustic, yet upscale appearance, much like the queen of England after she completes a mud run. In the warmer months, they can cool off with a craft beer or cocktail out on the patio.
