I bought the Groupon and took my car in about noon on Friday. While I was the only person in the waiting room, I was greeted by someone telling me that they were on lunch break and that it would be 45 minutes before they got to my car. By the time the car was done, I sat there for at least an hour and a half. While doing so, I witnessed the gruff demeanor of the gentleman working the counter with very short and abrupt responses to the others in the waiting room. There was zero attempt to put a nice smile on and just explain that they were running a little slow. Good customer services in the face of some obvious challenges would have been appreciated and would have made me want to return as they shop was nicely maintained and the lobby area more comfortable than most other oil change shops I've been to. Hopefully, they will learn how to smile, be nice, and just communicate with their customers so that their business with succeed.

The owner was rude and talked down to me and others while I was there. I purchased for $21 an oil change, tire rotation and battery check. I let it expire and was willing to only be given credit towards a service. I went in for an oil change. Banner outside says oil change 19.99. When I went to checkout, he told me that will be $16 more dollars. He tried to give me the upgraded oil change without asking. He then told me I could not combine discounts as in use a groupon with their advertised oil change. He called me cheap. he told me I was trying to get something for nothing and that they took care of people who took care of their cars. he had already belittled another Groupon voucher holder who did not know she had to pay the tax on the service. I guess he took that out on me. What is very funny is that I had spent $30 3000 miles previous at HIS establishment, no discount. I will never return here. I forgot to mention on my first visit, I paid for the fluids to be topped off and I had a light come on LOW COOLANT after driving away from there. I think they set it off to make it look like I should pay to have something else fixed. He will try to tell you things are wrong that are not. I have a suggestion to the owner who talked to me as he did--If you don't want to discount, DONT. Do not offer groupons. Just keep yourself afloat on your customer service skills.

My appointment for an oil change was at 2:30 and I left at 5:30 PM!
