I love it. Its a small business owner that is kind and polite. I always use Deprivation tanks as a means of resetting when I have hit my peak stress level and it was nice to have a friendly face and atmosphere rather than a large spa style place. My float experiences are always deeply personal. I will be returning frequently. I also tried Ozone therapy for the first time today.

Previous review: “facility needed & was undergoing a revamp, per owner” and I thought that by mid Aug. renovations would have been completed, not at all!! Facility is DINGY, DARK & feels BROKEN...the water in float wasn’t changed out before me & I have no idea how much BAD JUJU was in that float water!? Yuk!! I heard dogs in spa barking, while I floated. Next 2 a head shop & same feeling in spa!!

This was an extremely dirty, not at all professional, hole in the wall in Deep Ellum. It was really gross.
