The spa parafin pedicure was not as expected. There was no foot or leg massage at all. There is only one tech and i had purchased a package of 2 pedicure and had brought a friend and they had to wait while my feel were done first. The room was small and there were no magazines or tv. No music playing like funeral home quiet. There wasn't anywhere to sit and have our polish dry so it smuged as the tech put our shoes on too early. Polish still on the skin around the nails.

hassle making appointment using the Groupon pedicure was adequate ... would not return to pay full price if that was the level of service

The business was like a house, and the receptionist was not friendly. The nail technician was very good and friendly. I was the only client there, and felt a little unsafe entering an unknown business.

This is a "bare bones" operation. The employees were all friendly and professional. The coupon is for a paraffin pedicure and that is what you get. No extras were available for purchase, such as hot stones or designs painted on toes. For a quick pedicure to tide you over, it is an okay place to go. If you are looking for a luxurious experience, this is not the place to go. I have one more pedicure scheduled (two per coupon) and I have it scheduled in between my regular pampering pedicures and I'm sure it will be fine. It just depends on how much and how many services you want.
