About Restoration Yoga™

Restoration Yoga™ is led by Pamela Waters, a chiropractor with 38 years of experience a double major in speech and hearing pathology and psychology from the University of Missouri. Pamela started her yoga journey back in 2000 and has become a certified yoga instructor since. She specializes in adapting yoga for the student's individual biomechanical needs and in applying her extensive multi-field knowledge to the practice. As a 17-year ovarian cancer survivor, she is especially passionate about volunteering her time in various cancer organizations and helping other cancer patients on their yoga journey.

Under Pamela's guidance, a trainee can practice such yoga modalities as Yin yoga, strength, and flexibility, or Yoga4cCancer (y4c™). She also conducts private yoga sessions to give the student the most individualized approach.
