I bought the groupon back in July and went in for my first treatment, then had my second treatment scheduled in august and had for gotten about in (which was my fault), sent an email about my missed appointment at the end of august and was told no problem just to call back and reschedule my appointment. I have been calling ever since leaving voice mails, sending emails and have not received ANY type of response. Come to find out I am NOT the only one going through this issue. VERY up set not only because I haven't receive any type of response in the past 3-4 months, but it's probably OUT OF BUSINESS, and was NEVER told or given any type of notification.

BEWARE from this purchase. Owner is not reachable anymore. I renewed the services and were not able to redeem any of the visit. She closed the office without any notification and ran away with so many person's money.
She is not responding to messages/voicemails any more. When I visited the building, it is closed.

The owner, Latoya, closed shop and ran off with a lot of people's money. BEWARE if you see her name again. I didn't find out until multiple times showing up for an appointment and sitting around waiting for her to show up.

It’s a scam and Groupon would not issue me a full refund. I️ spent 36 minutes on hold with Groupon to complain about this company. Unable to reach owner and results were minimal.
