it was a fun afternoon especially for a 5 year old grandson. Very neat building, in the basement. Creative.

This place was amazing for kids. We were in Dallas for a weekend cheer competition and in between events, we were looking for things in Downtown Dallas to do that was age appropriate for my 6 year old. This place is right near the convention center. And the creator of this place has done a fantastic job giving kids a place to play while teaching them how you can repurpose things like water bottles, old crayons, old steel, etc into something new and fun. You can make things to take home with you, there is a steel jungle gym that goes from the floor to the ceiling with a huge slide. There are make believe rooms, like the rocket room. Soft blocks to build and play for smaller kids. There is also a room for older kids that teaches them to create wood carvings, 3D renderings, crafting, etc. I wish we had something like this in Chicago, as we'd be there all the time if we did. Even if you're just visiting Dallas or live there year round, it is a great place to take the kids to that will wear them down by the time you leave!
