I love using SwiftPark. They are always professional!!!! I won't use anyone else when I depart Love Field.

We bought the Groupon a few months early for a trip, and then realized it was set to expire before our trip took place. Before exchanging it, I decided to call them to see if the expiration date would cause a problem (their website wasn't working at the time, either). The lady on the phone told me that it would be fine, and when I tried to ask the same question again to make sure, she got frustrated with me and asked if I needed her to repeat herself. Well, then, we get to the day of our trip and another really snippy lady tells us, no, the Groupon is expired. When I try to explain what I was told over the phone, she gets mad and dismisses it. They were prompt to pick us up from the airport, and the return trip driver was much nicer, but we still had to pay extra, plus they got mud all over my floorboards when they moved my car. I would not park with them again.

Terrible service!! I waited 45 min for the shuttle bus to pick me up. Had to call the pick up number several times and was told that I just pulled off from the airport and would be back in 10 min. A total LIE.

Very little waiting!
