This is a great class. Marissa is a wonderful trainer. This is not a "hardcore" class but you will get a superb workout, feel good, and meet some great ladies.

I loved the trainer and the atmosphere. She helped everyone from disabilities to individuals who were clearly physically fit. Everyone was challenged and felt satisfied by the end of the workout. We all pushed each other to finish strong. I liked how when the work-out got tougher, you could look over and see everyone struggling but pushing through. The camp makes it hard to quit and give up.

This is a great workout. You do not need to be in shape to start this program. They are there to help and encourage you no matter what.
