creamed spinach-no cream or taste, appeared to be previously frozen, bread (buns) dry and very flaky on outside; good rib eye; requested salad dressing on side which wasn't done; there were 3-4 tables with customers so plenty of time to give us extra service-had to find waiter to get bill. This was our first dinner at the Old Warsaw and it was disappointing.

Your establishment smells of old musk, the walls were permeated. I didn't want to hold the menu as they reeked of old dirty dish towels. The food was good and that was all. I will never step foot back in there. The people tried their best but they couldn't redeem the horrible experience.

This was a very elegant dining experience. It was a restarant I have always wanted to go and the groupon gave me the little nudge to commit. Great service, beautiful live music.

We had a nice meal, the ambiance was nice, and the staff was cordial. When the itemized check came all was correct on it - the meals we ordered, drinks , and coffee - and the amount was around $135.00. This is the amount I will tip on, but our $60.00 Groupon made my additional part to pay @ $75.00. I give the waiter the itemized bill back, along with my credit card and Groupon.
When the waiter returned he says..."We took $60.00 off the bill"....... two credit card slips but no itemized bill. The credit card slip shows a, and I quote, "Pre-tip amount : $108.76". With nothing to compare it to, I realize I have been "had" to the tune of $35.00. I will never eat here again.

Steak was not cooked properly, proper utensils were not provided, and dessert was awful. I was disappointed- we wanted to like this place.

My Husband & I ate there almost 20 years ago and loved it so wanted to go back again now that we live in Dallas once again.
Big mistake! The service was sketchy at best, and much slower than it should have been for a house at half-capacity. The caviar was 'off' (I guess not many people order it anymore so it wasn't officially spoiled yet, just not fresh). When we searched for our waiter - in vain - another was implored for help and took over the job. The main courses were well prepared.
I suppose the thing that stood out the most overall, is that not one single course of the 3 we each ordered was served to both of us at remotely the same time. It was a tag-team meal from beginning to end!

Great Service and Atmosphere, music, etc. The food was only mildly warm and the steaks are a long way from prime cuts. It use to be a lot better. Probably won't go back. Nice evening except for food.
