TITLE Boxing Club - Dallas North, Dallas

I was a bit nervous because I had never boxed before, but the experience was none like no other. My sister actually convinced me to try it out because she's a TBC member in Michigan. The staff was courteous and professional. The trainers give you the work out of your life. I never made it to the kickboxing sessions, but I attended the boxing classes led by Sean. He's a beast. The Frankford location is actually merging with Plano in December.

Just took my first class and my body feels like jello, but it was so worth it! I definitely walked out feeling like I'd had a great workout.

Great staff and teachers, plus the workouts are fantastoc. It's a full body workout that leaves you wanting more. I would highly recommend going!
