Burnice is authentically professional. Sweet an unbridled in her work. She really takes the extra time to get all the callus and dead skin off the back of each toe and really make your feet truly smooth and feeling extra clean and soft after. A lot of places have tried to tell me there's an additional charge in my past for my callus removal and she not only took care of it but went above an beyond

Bernice takes great care with her service. It's the best mani/pedi experience I've had in years!
Love the beautiful spa atmosphere as well. I took advantage of the dry sauna and whirlpools. Very relaxing.

I am rating Uptown Spa one star because each time I tried to make an appointment, I was told that there was no availability. I originally bought this groupon with a friend, so we could get our nails done together. I was told that we could only make a reservation for one person. The spa is also closed on Sunday's and Monday's, making it more challenging to accommodate to my schedule. Unfortunately, I was never able to use this certificate before it expired, because there was never an available appointment.
