Went to the store twice to change the oil but they did not have the right oil and want to sell higher price (type) oil. Also they are very unhappy with the groupon coupon. I left the store without change the oil. Now the management of the store has changed and they do not want to accept the coupon any more.

If I could give zero stars I would. Shows I redeemed the Groupon on May 11th, 2022. I haven’t! I’ve been sick the last few days so I haven’t even left my house. Groupon customer care is just as useless

I’ve been two them twice and each time I had a thousand miles before needing an oil change and the engine oil was bone dry. Took it to a mechanic and nothing was wrong with my car they said they didn’t put enough oil in it. Don’t do business with Valvoline
