What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
XBFIT specializes in personal & small group training. The difference between us and other programs is our primary focus on women's fitness. This is a company that motivates women to train hard in the gym without extreme dieting or lifting heavy weights. It's about feeling confident, fit & healthy.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I keep clients motivated in their exercise by progression. My clients want to create a lifestyle that is going to benefit them long-term so everyday is a work in progress. When they realize their progression, whether it be in their weight loss, eating habits etc. they feel empowered to keep going.

What do you love most about your job?
It is so much fun to give these ladies a workout! These women have such motivation and drive to reach their goals, that their energy and effort is always at 100%. The bond I create with my clients is awesome - being part of their journey is the best part especially when they start to see results!
