Empowered. A word she lives by.

Her thought is that defining moments in the "story" might give a choice to the people, and the courage to reach their goals.

Before yoga came into her life, she was a young mother, strapped to a corporate job, with different habits from her youth. Fitness goals led her to yoga, where she became physically strong, but slowly she began to notice changes occurring in her actual nature. The baggage from her past started to slowly get stripped away. She began to realize who she was deep down and deep inside, beauty and yoga helped her.

She thinks that her past does not define her, and she might know the challenges to help others with the knowledge that she has acquired.

That is how yoga might help. It may help students to concentrate on the present.

Students can have the opportunity to start their journey.
