After eight months of taking Zumba classes, Dominique Lasha’e had a sudden realization—this was the longest she’d ever been committed to a fitness routine. The now-certified Zumba instructor, who has owned a marketing and event company for more than 16 years, combines her party-planning experience and love of Zumba workouts to host infectious dance parties and fitness conferences.
