My husband and I did this trip for my birthday. I didn't realize this was just an up once and down thing so that was disappointing. When we got there we still owed like a few dollars a piece that wasn't included in the Groupon price and I didn't have cash, when I took out my debit card the lady taking my money said. "you're going to be THOSE people today." I didn't realize I was going to have to pay additional money once I got there. She didn't charge me, but I was very offended and it put a damper on my day!

The receptionist was unpleasant to deal with. She was very rude. One of the guys who drove us to the top was extra handsy. He insisted on tightening our harnesses despite the fact thy had already been checked. The other staff was wonderful.
