Tracey was great! She was very interested & sweet in the whole process for me. Also, is very knowledgeable & open to iDeas i had. Gave me recommendations she thought were best for my processed hair. She had awesome input. She gave me a realistic view for my hair which I understood perfectly bcuz it has been thru a lot. The overall cut & balayage color came out great I love it will b going back.

I had healthy hair below my shoulders when I got to her, I had to cut off all but 2" because of lightener damage. I'm not happy at all & would never return or recommend her services to anyone with textured hair.
She wanted me to mention that I was a groupon customer in my reviews. So basically, had I not been perhaps I wouldn't have been treated with such carelessness.
After that experience, I'll never purchase another groupon. First & last time.

To Sharlece , I'm very sorry the experience you had with me that caused you to write many bad reviews on every site from
Facebook to Yelp to google. When you contacted me through my Groupon all seemed great . We met and decided together that you would be a model in a photo shoot I was planning with that as the goal we were taking your hair in steps towards lighter hair with rose color . All the while we were talking about how I was taking steps to protect your hair . I take pride in using excellent products always . When you texted me you were unhappy I replied I'm here for you . You never gave me a chance . In my eyes I would do just about anything as far as conditioning treatments etc . I love doing hair and enjoy the experiences it has brought me . We were working towards a goal and I now know you might not have understood what it would take . So sorry .. Tracey
