The hours of operation are very limited so if you want to go when their us no one there you have to purchase more. The hours they,are open are like 9 to 11 and 3 to 6 (can't remember exactly) so I just never went

Hi there! We are staffed from 8-12 and 3-6. Fridays are 8-12 and 3-4:30. The 24/7 pass is just $35 and provides 24/7 365 access.
