Let me start off by saying the staff are very professional and skilled. That being said, I bought this Groupon for the cleaning and they recommended I do a deep cleaning for $2,800. I agreed. Then it was recommended I consider Invisalign for another $5,300. Long story short, $8,100 later I changed my mind on the Invisaligns but they're charging me $2,000 in "Lab fees." Lesson learned.

They were unwilling to book me on a weekend because I was using a groupon. Then, I was told there were no whitening trays or a "whitening pen" as they referred to it, available. I was told to come back the following week- when I called beforehand, no one seemed to know if I would be receiving the whitening trays at all. Overall, I felt they were unprofessional and not accommodating if you happened to be using a groupon.

Very thorough exam and very kind people!

They only accept Fidelis insurance. They didn't have the zoom trays. I had to go back a week later to pick them up. The cleaning was a cleaning I could have done at home. Would not recommend this facility.
