I felt rushed in the orientation of the machines due to an overbooking problem and wasn't left with enough time for the proper 45-minute appointment. It was cut to about 20 minutes. The next time I came for my own solo workout, I explained to the person on staff that it was my first time and she said she'd keep an eye on me and come help when she could. She never did that--she was "busy" chatting with her friends/clients about personal things and I never saw her face to face again.

Definitely longer hours, especially on Saturdays. And SHOULD BE OPEN ON SUNDAYS! The weekends are the days when people have more time to go. This could be the deciding factor whether to continue after the groupon membership is up.
