What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
For over 15 years we have been helping people get their gadgets back to working condition. Its a good feeling when you can save someones computer, tablet, or phone.

What do you love most about your job?
The ability to have someone walk in angry with a broken device, but then an hour later leave with a big smile on their face.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
For years they'd been bouncing around from one repair store to the next, until they found us 3 years ago, and now they won't take any of their devices anywhere else.
