About TK Oriental

Kenny Tang began his career at the tender age of 18, under the tutelage of one of China's preeminent chefs. In the 30 years since this auspicious start, he's crafted traditional cuisine in five-star hotels, acted as executive chef at a number of lauded restaurants, and hand made dim sum for presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama.

At TK Oriental he continues his legacy by teaching guests how to make their own unforgettable meals. Aboard his luxury yacht, Alitaki, Chef Tang invites guests to form their own steam buns, roll their own sushi, and season their own wok-made stir-fries, all while they take in the beautiful views of the Miami coast.
