The merchant does not seem honest. I confirmed with my dealership service department as well as my car manual. Both sources said my car takes standard oil change. However this merchant insisted that according to their computer, they will only put a Synthetic oil for $50. They refused to accept Groupon Voucher for Standard Oil change. I think this is a marketing gimmick to get the customer in the shop.
