The receptionist took my groupon then charged me additional money resulting in me paying full price for the spray tan as if I had never bought the Groupon. When I asked her what was the point in purchasing a groupon, she just shrugged and laughed. I asked for the managers business card and/or contact info and she refused. In addition, the Crystal Lake location was filthy.
