I do not feel that I received the service that they offered with the Groupon, and I definitely did not receive good customer service from just one their reps. I was to receive $200+ type of service, but since I paid only $70 + $20 fee for size of my vehicle, it was just that...around $100 service when I feel the $200 value was not reached...especially when the poor customer service was factored in. Unfortunately, I felt unwelcome and disliked by the counter clerk who greeted me, and was quite a different personality than when we spoke on the phone to make the appointment. I felt that she did not believe that I had the groupon since I did not bring it in when I arrived...I was not able to print the groupon at home, but the groupon actually said that I could show the discount from my phone app. The rep never told me when we spoke on the phone that I would be required to have that when I dropped off my vehicle...therefore before I ever had the chance to explain my printer problem, or the fact that the groupon literally said I could show a phone app, she made me feel at fault and would not honor the discount at all unless I had that piece of paper! It was sad to be treated that way. Fortunately, they let me print the groupon from their computer/printer...but the clerk continued to be demeaning and "angry" with me when she went to take a look at my van interior, and then told me that not all of the stains would come out and that because "of the groupon" that only one extraction would occur "at that price". When we had spoken on the phone a week before I came in, she was very kind and helpful, and I'm sure she didn't remember speaking with me (b/c I had told her that I don't expect it to be completely clean like a new car), yet she was just very almost hateful about the condition of my car, and about what I should expect and not expect of the service I had purchased. I understand that they must warn people regarding issue that they simply can't fix, yet I don't believe I deserved to be treated as if I was trying to "get one over on them", or that maybe I would cause them an issue when I came back to pick up my van. I felt very upset after dropping off my van to them, when I wanted to feel relieved that I was FINALLY getting my van cleaned out (even though I KNEW it wouldn't look new...still, I had not been able to get this service done until I found the Groupon deal. Finally, when I called to see if my van was ready later in the afternoon, she was again pretty rude to me and then told me that I would have to leave my van overnight. Not once, in the phone conversation, or during the dropoff of the van, did she ever mention this to me...I knew that my upholstery and carpet would be wet, but again, she treated me harshly when explaining that my van would be "soaked"....sounding as if she thought I was stupid or, again, going to be a "problem customer" for her. I want to point out that I brought my van in as early as possible, just shortly after they opened...since she had told me on the phone that it would be ready by 4:30 or 5pm the same day. All of that aside, though, my van was cleaned to my satisfaction (for $100 service, not a $200 service), and every other person in the store was friendly to me, in person and on the phone. The bottom line for me was that they offered a service at a certain value, but her actions made me feel that the quality of the service was diminished by the fact that I had a groupon. She also made me feel like a liar and "problem customer", when all that I was wanting, and LOOKING FORWARD TO, was a cleaned van. Thank you.
