Form Yoga, Decatur

It's okay to fall down. At Form Yoga, the community of students and teachers understand that sometimes, it happens—and especially when learning arm balances and inversions. Both beginners and experienced yogis are welcome at Form, where the classes are small so students can receive personal attention and partner work, if desired. The music-infused yoga classes include slower-paced, restorative classes as well as faster-paced flow and strength classes.
