Green Ginger - Decatur, Decatur

Deceptively casual from the outside, Green Ginger is sophisticated and welcoming on the inside, its walls lined with grey and brown stones and its booths softly lit by hanging lights. The chefs show off their creativity in all their Chinese, Japanese, and Thai dishes, whether by draping thinly-sliced slabs of raw fish over little bundles of rice or by stir-frying spicy kung pao chicken. Behind the bar, bottles are stacked along shelves in a display of sake, wine, and hard liquor, available by the pour or shaken into a variety of cocktails.
