Love the infrared sauna ( you are in a hot wrap bag like padding - very effective at producing sweat and detox. Would like to have clean sheet instead of wrap they give you to wrap self in ( you can bring your own if like me you prefer to keep skin protected from others). They check you every 10 mins but nice to have clock you can check yourself. I highly recommend Glycolic Facial while doing infra red wrap as pores are open and using time efficiently. Finally their NERIUM age defining night cream is AMAZING. Fab product. The service and explanations were first rate. Helpful to know in advance how they sterilize things like the wrap and zip bag since everyone sweats in it - suggest they might use some form of throw away body size paper sheet as respectful addition, but my aesthetician was A plus. Will return
