From Our Editors
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We Welcome All, Including Kids/Teens! We are new! That means it’s not the same old paint party that everyone else is doing. Our rates are low because we have smaller overhead so we pass the savings on to the consumer. It's not Just a Paint Party, It's a Glitzy Paint Party.
What is the experience customers can expect?
We are a Mom and Pop Business and you deal directly with us, the Owners. We are local and Love Long Island. We take the time to teach everyone who attends and we always say, "It's not Fine Art, It's Fun Art that Everyone Can Do!"
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Helen LaCorte grew up in Dyker Heights Brooklyn and moved to Dix Hills in the late '90s. In 2011 with the encouragement of her husband David, she and her daughter Sasha took and oil painting class and there she found her new passion, teaching people how to paint and having fun in the process.
What do you love most about your job?
Through our first 10 events we have met such wonderful people and made friends immediately. We consider this not only our business, but a way to connect with others, ensure that everyone has a good time and that they leave with a creation of their own and lasting memories.
