Texas Taco's kitchen keeps a foot on each side of the Tex-Mex menu. On one side, there's traditional tacos, burritos, and fajitas. On the other, Texas barbecue. Texas Taco blends these together with their specialty dishes to create unique hybrids. Their Texas Taco nods to Texas-style barbecue with its braised brisket while doing service to Mexican cuisine with its jack cheese and chipotle aioli sauce. For more traditional Tex-Mex, they fill a flour tortilla with roasted chicken, ground beef, or steak.
