They try to make you buy rotors when you don’t need them and tell you that it’s a safety hazard if they put new brakes on worn out rotors which I understand that but if your rotors are not worn out why try to scam people? I knew that my rotors were just fine and made them show me my rotors a pointed out to the guy that there is no damage to them. After that he changed his attitude and I heard nothing else about it. They use the cheapest brakes they can buy from O’Reilys or Auto Zone and expect you to pay a premium price for rotors. I don’t advise anyone to do business with them at all. It took over 2 hours to change 4 brake pads because they were working on multiple cars at once.

Kept my car 2 days to replace rear brakes. Huge inconvenience.

They are the best! Great service and they really adhere to the appointment time, so you don't have to sit around waiting. I would highly recommend.
