I could not get a massage; they said they were booked with their "regulars". They offered me a facial instead - which I agreed to have. The facial lasted about 30 minutes and was nothing special but interestingly in the 30 minutes they did not have one other customer and the massage room remained dark and unused!!!!! I feel like I got taken!! Bait and switch! That was the 1st and the last time I'll ever go there!

I purchased the Facial and Massage package. I would have been very diasppointed if I paid full price. The services were not up to par with the status of a "Spa". My facial was over and I was walking out the door within 45min. I could not get the massage because they were all booked, so they gave me two pedicures. My moms pedicure was 32 min and mine was a little longer because I got the "french". For the $$ that they charge without Groupon, I was expecting a little more pampering. Cost to Value,,,not good!!!
