We actually went to Beauty and the Feast for our class. It was great, so laid back and a very small group. The chef was great at explaining as he went along and even gave us the recipes after. It was a great night out for me and my husband!

This was an amazing experience. Every course was unique and savory. Miller was our server, he did an outstanding job and was very knowledgeable about all the food and thoroughly explained everything. Will definitely go back and bring our friends and family!

Like the restaurant, but was expecting a Dinning in the dark real experience, not a blind folded dinner.

I'm not sure why businesses offer a groupon if they obviously dislike them. We wound up paying $88 (with no drinks!) for about $40 worth of food. The portions were "tasting" sizes not the 3 course meal as advertised. We could have had a better meal ordering a la carte off the menu and for less money. They made us pay a tip off of their value of a $118 meal and they even charged us tax on the tip!!! It was embarrassing because we invited 2 other couples with us. We all left starving! Dining in the Dark was a big disappointment. They would never get away with what they did if the lights were on!!!

Don't waste your money! A sliced piece of grilled chicken with a side of creamed corn...seriously?

About this Business

Society 8 Hospitality Group is pleased to bring an authentic Oktoberfest celebration to Fort Lauderdale’s Hugh Taylor Birch State Park benefiting the Friends of Birch State Park. During the festivities, guests are encouraged to don their lederhosen as they are transported to a German countryside at the park. The park’s open space will be transformed into villages with biergartens, festive décor and tented dining areas. A German-American menu will be offered featuring Bratwurst, Pretzels, Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Burgers, to name a few! Steins will be flowing with locally brewed beer from Khoffner Brewery.

At this high-energy festival, Polka dancers will perform to live Polka music playing traditional German music in addition to live bands, Soul Junk & The Drew Preston Project performing today’s hits. Along with fun, interactive games for all to enjoy.
