Problems with booking, difficulty getting in contact with the company (phone number didn't work, emails weren't replied to) and ultimately was unable to use the groupon.

I had a terrible experience.. After I booked my appt I had to reschedule.. I sent numerous emails to reschedule everyday for a week prior to my appt and received no reply until the day before. To compensate for that the manager said he would throw in free deodorizing. Once I rebooked I emailed about a few days in advance to add additional rooms to be cleaned and again no response!! And the day of the service they did not show up!!! I emailed them later and complained again to which they responded the next night and asked to be reminded of who I am.. And said they will "make it upto me". They said they called many times and left a msg which is a lie as I checked my voicemail & caller id.

my orig. appt. was canceled by them and I've had a hard time getting a response back about when my next appt. will be. I still have not been able to get a call back like I had requested many times. So far, I would rate there customer service very poorly and NOT recommend them to anyone!

I have made 3 appointments and they never showed up for any of them !!! Furthermore, they never returned my emails to rebook or follow up with whet happened. They also did not respond to my phone calls.
