Even though I came early for my appointment, they brought me back late and kept me waiting for 15 minutes (I watched the clock on the wall) before they came back to start the massage. I told the masseuse that I had pain in my shoulder and wanted her to focus there, but she didn't even touch my shoulders until the end, and then she stopped at what would have been an hour on the dot had she not started 15 minutes late. The appointment was for an hour, not 45 minutes. I was really disappointed.

It is a 30 minute drive for me, but absolutely worth the drive! I have had 2 different people give massages and they were both excellent!!
